Hayl 2 Hall – DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City

We present to you Hayl 2 Hall at DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City, a modern space that combines flexibility with easy coordination, perfectly suited for professional meetings and small occasions that require an organized venue and an atmosphere that encourages communication. Conveniently located on Al Maktoum Street near Fujairah City Centre, the hall covers 62 sqm, offering a practical setting for meetings, seminars, and workshops, with seating arrangements adaptable to the nature and goals of your event.

One of the key features of Hayl 2 Hall is the variety of seating options: 24 guests in theater style, 30 at banquet tables, 16 in classroom style, 13 in boardroom setup, and 21 in U-shape arrangement. This diversity allows you to organize a private meeting with a layout suitable for discussions, a small seminar focused on presentations, a training workshop encouraging participation, or a social occasion requiring different table and seating distributions. The hall’s contemporary design creates a professional environment for business meetings and private gatherings, while its location within the hotel ensures easy access to Fujairah’s key facilities.

The hall is suitable for a wide range of uses, including board meetings, small conferences and seminars, training courses, workshops, graduation parties, private celebrations, product launches, corporate events, networking sessions, and team-building activities. It can also be adapted for weddings and social occasions depending on guest numbers and required arrangements. Instead of being limited to one format, the hall’s versatile seating options allow you to choose the setup that best matches your event style—whether presenting information, exchanging expertise, or celebrating with important guests.

At Hayl 2, we focus on providing a practical space that helps you organize your occasion in an orderly way, while benefiting from the hotel’s atmosphere and hospitality services to enhance the guest experience. If you are looking for a modern hall with suitable space and multiple seating options in the heart of Fujairah, this venue deserves to be among your choices.

Choose Hayl 2, and let every gathering become a new opportunity for connection and achievement.
